QBE Shootout Odds
Golfers partner up this weekend to compete in the QBE Shootout. Here is a look at the odds to win this tournament.
Teams of two golfer will compete in three rounds of play. Day 1 will be a scramble, Day 2 will be a modified alternate shot and Day 3 will be a better ball. According to the latest oddsmakers, the team of Harris English and Matt Kuchar are a 4/1 favorite to win this weekend. Other short odds to win are Kevin Chappell and Kevin Kisner (+600) and the team of Charley Hoffman and Zach Johnson (7/1). The QBE Shootout takes place Friday-Sunday from Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Florida.
English and Kuchar are the defending champions of this event. It was the second time they won this tournament. Kuchar is ranked 15th in the world rankings right now while English is 232nd. Kuchar has not won an event outside of the shootout this year, nor has Egnlish.
Kevin Kisner is ranked 26th in the world rankings right now while his teammate is 32nd. Kisner has earned one win this year, as has Chappell.
Charley Hoffman is 22nd in the world rankings and his partner Zach Johnson is 47th. Hoffman has yet to win this year, but is coming off a runner-up finish in the Hero World Challenge. Johnson is also winless this year.
