AVONDALE, LA (TheSpread) – The PGA Tour heads to New Orleans this weekend for the Zurich Classic. Here is a look at the odds to win this week’s event.
According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Dustin Johnson is the favorite to prevail this week, as he has 8/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Jason Day and Justin Rose, who each have 10/1 odds.
Johnson has had a strong start to 2015 thus far. He has finished sixth or better in five of his last six tournament, including a sixth-place finish at The Masters. Johnson is currently seventh in the world rankings.
Day is sixth in the world rankings. He is coming off a 28th-place finish at The Masters. He has three top 5s on the year, including one victory. He has yet to miss a cut in any tournament this year.
Rose is ninth in the world rankings and he is coming off a second-place finish at The Masters two weeks ago, which was his top showing of the year. He has missed three cuts in 2015, but he finished eighth in this event last year and 15th in 2013.
