RBC Heritage Free Picks
The 2016 RBC Heritage tournament gets underway on Thursday morning. Here is a look at some golfers we like to contend for the tournament title.
According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Jason Day is the current favorite with 6/1 odds while both Paul Casey and Brandt Snedeker each have 16/1 odds. The RBC Heritage takes place Thursday-Sunday from Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head Islander, South Carolina.
Jason Day is the headliner of this field and the No. 1 player in the world rankings. He finished 10th last week at The Masters and had won back-to-back events prior to that, so clearly he’s playing well. He should definitely compete in this weekend’s field.
Brandt Snedeker is a golfer we like as well. He is a former champion of this tournament and also coming off a 10th-place finish at The Masters. Snedker is having a strong start to 2016, with one win to his credit already. We think he can make it two this weekend.
Bryson DeChambeau has turned pro and comes into this weekend with 60/1 odds to win. He finished 21st at the Masters and was near the top of the leaderboard as the weekend approached. He also has finished in the top 27 in three straight tournaments against very competitive fields. With this marking his pro debut, look for him to be focused on a big showing.
