According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Rory McIlroy is favored to win this event, as he is getting 5/4 odds. Other short odds to win this week are Bubba Watson and Henrik Stenson, who each have 9/4 odds. This event will be held March 19-22 from Bay Hill Course in Orlando.
McIlroy is the top-ranked golfer in the world. He is coming off a ninth-place finish two weeks ago and he has placed in the top 10 in eight of his last 10 events. This is an event he didn’t play in a year ago.
Watson is second in the world rankings and coming off a third-place finish two weeks ago. He has placed in the top 10 in three of his last four tournaments. He finished 14th in this tournament two years ago.
Stenson is third in the world rankings. He has finished fourth in back-to-back events and 13th or better in four straight tournaments. Stenson was fifth in this tournament last year.
