PGA Honda Classic Odds
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (TheSpread) – Rory McIlroy makes his 2015 PGA Tour debut this week when he competes in the Honda Classic. Here is a look at the odds for this tournament.
According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, McIlroy is the clear favorite to win this event, as he is getting odds of 7/2 to win. The other short odds to win are Dustin Johnson (14/1) and Justin Rose (20/1). This event will be held Feb. 26-March 1 from PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
McIlroy won this event back in 2012. He is the top-ranked golfer in the world by a wide margin. He is coming off a win in Europe in his last appearance and has won five events since the end of 2013.
Dustin Johnson is 15th in the world rankings. He has had a good effort his last two weeks, placing in the top 5 of his last two tournaments. He is seeking his first win since 2013.
Rose is eighth in the world rankings, but he is coming off a missed cut a few weeks ago in the Farmers Insurance Open. He had finishing in the top 15 in six of his last seven events prior to that.
