The Ryder Cup is a 3-day event, featuring 4 foursomes and 4 fourball matches each of the first two days and then 12 singles matches on Sunday. Each match is done in match-play format and is worth 1 point to the winner or ½ on a tie. The 2018 Ryder Cup takes place Friday-Sunday from Le Golf National, Albatros Course in Guyancourt, France.

The United States won their first Ryder Cup in four tries back in 2016 with a dominant 17-11 victory. However, Europe has won six of the last eight Ryder Cup events and the United States hasn’t won a Ryder Cup on European soil since 1993.
