Snedeker, Koepka and Matsuyama 16/1 favorites in Wyndham Championship

Wyndham Championship Odds

GREENSBORO, NC (TheSpread) – The final PGA event of the season before the playoffs takes place this week when golfers compete in the Wyndham Championship. Here is a look at the odds for this event.

According to oddsmakers from GTBets, Brandt Snedeker, Brooks Koepka and Hideki Matsuyama are the three co-favorites this week, as each has been given 16/1 odds to win. The Wyndham Championship takes place Aug. 20-23 from Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, NC.

Snedeker won this event back in 2007. He is currently 28th in the world rankings and coming off a 12th-place finish in the PGA Championship. He has one win and six top 10s on the year.

Koepka is 17th in the world rankings and coming off a fifth-place finish at the PGA Championship. He has one win and five top 10s on the year and he has finished in the top 10 in three of his last four events and hasn’t placed worse than 22nd in his last seven tournaments. He was 38th at last year’s Wyndham Championship.

Matsuyama is 16th in the world rankings. He was 37th in this event last year. So far in 2015, he is winless, but has seven top-10 finishes. He missed the cut in this tournament last year.
