Four-way tie for U.S. Open lead
UNIVERSITY PLACE, WA (TheSpread) – The U.S. Open Championship is down to its final round of action. Here is an updated look at the odds to win it all.
According to the latest oddsmakers, Jordan Spieth is now a 7/4 favorite to win, while Dustin Johnson has 5/2 odds and Jason Day has 4/1 odds. The U.S. Open Championship concludes today from Chambers Bay.
There is currently a four-way tie for first place at the U.S. Open, with the three favorites tied with Branden Grace at -4 overall. They all are three shots ahead of the rest of the field.
Spieth posted a 1-over 71 on Saturday to fall to -4 for the tournament. He is looking to claim the first two majors of the year with a win on Sunday.
Johnson shot an even-par 70 on Saturday to remain at -4 for the tournament. He is looking for his first major championship.
Day is the lone leader to have shot under par on Saturday, as he posted a 2-under 68 a day after collapsing on the final hole of the second round from vertigo. Day is looking to win his first major of his career.
