Tiger Woods PGA Odds

KOHLER, WI (TheSpread) – With every major championship we ask whether or not Tiger Woods will finally claim another title. Here is a look at his odds to do so at this week’s PGA Championship.

View Current Golf Odds

According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Woods is currently listed with 40/1 odds to win the PGA Championship. He also has odds of +450 to finish in the top 10 and odds of +1800 to be the top American finisher.

Woods is a four-time winner of the PGA Championship, but his last win came in 2007. This event hasn’t been his strongest for some time. He has actually missed the cut in this event in two of the last five years and he hasn’t cracked the top 10 since 2009. His recent major history isn’t great either despite his 14 all-time titles. Woods has missed the cut in three of his last four majors and hasn’t cracked the top 10 in one since the 2013 British Open. His last win was the 2008 U.S. Open.

Tiger is currently ranked 278th in the world rankings. He has played in nine tournaments this year and has yet to earn a top-10 finish in 2015. He actually failed to crack the top 10 in an event in 2014 as well. His best finish of the year actually came at the Masters, when he tied for 17th. He finished 18th at the Quicken Loans National two weeks ago, which was considered a positive step.
