WGC-Cadillac Championship Odds

Many of the world’s best golfers will all take part in the WGC-Cadillac Championship this weekend. Here’s a look at the favorites to win.

According to oddsmakers from BetDSI, Rory McIlroy is the favorite to win this week, as he has 8/1 odds. Other golfers with short odds are Jordan Spieth (10/1), Adam Scott (11/1) and Dustin Johnson (11/1). The WGC-Cadillac Championship takes place from TPC Blue Monster at Doral from Thursday-Sunday.

McIlroy is third in the world rankings. He has placed in the top 10 in two of four tournaments this year, but missed the cut at this weekend’s Honda Classic. He finished ninth in this event last year.

Spieth is No. 1 in the world rankings, but coming off one of his worst outings in some time, missing the cut at the Northern Trust Open. He still has six wins since the start of 2015 and has placed in the top 10 in seven of his last nine tournaments.

Scott has never won this event, but he did finish second in 2006. He is currently ninth in the world rankings and coming off a win last week in the Honda Classic while placing second the previous week in the Northern Trust Open.

Dustin Johnson is the defending champion of this tournament and he also placed second in 2011. He is currently eighth in the world rankings and coming off a fourth-place finish at the Northern Trust Open. He has placed in the top 10 in three of his last six tournaments.
