Can Woods end major skid in 2015?

LAS VEGAS, NV (TheSpread) – Tiger Woods has gone a number of years without winning a major championship. Will he finally break his winless streak in 2015?

View 2015 Golf Odds Odds

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Woods has odds of -700 to not win a major in 2015. His odds of winning a single major has been set at +400, while the odds of winning two is at +3300. When it comes to three, the line is +20000, while the odds of a grand slam have been set at +50000.

2014 wasn’t a good year for Woods as injuries and poor performances kept him from making any ground in his pursuit of Jack Nicklaus’ all-time major championship record. Woods didn’t have a single top-10 in 2014 and he only appeared in two majors because of a back injury, placing 69th in the British Open and missing the cut in the PGA Championship. He is currently 32nd in the world rankings.

Woods has won 14 majors in his career, but the last came in 2008 when he won the U.S. Open. He has had nine top-10 finishes since, but been unable to get to the top. Woods last won multiple majors in a year in 2006 and he won three in 2000, which was a career-best for him.
