The Genesis Invitational Betting Odds
On the Outright Winner betting market, Scottie Scheffler is considered the favorite with +650 odds to win the Genesis Invitational. Followed by Scheffler, is Rory McIlroy sitting with odds of 10/1. Viktor Hovland and Justin Thomas are currently listed at 14/1, while Colin Morikawa sits at 18/1.
The Genesis Invitational Betting Predictions:
Option 1: Scottie Scheffler (+650)
It is only a matter of time, before Scheffler picks up his first win of 2024. He had a great chance to win last week in Phoenix, however came up a little short.
Despite not winning he has finished in the T-10 in 3 of the 4 events in has played in this season and is dominating tee to green. The only question mark remains is if he can make enough putts to win. I’m going to keep backing Scottie until he picks up that win.
Option 2: Max Homa (+2000)
Homa is going to be a popular pick this week and for good reason. His track record at this tournament is outstanding, he finished second last year to Jon Rahm and has recorded four straight T-10 finishes overall.
Homa struggled last week at the Waste Management, however with a course he is very familiar with and his past history, I imagine he rounds right back into form this week. I fully expect Max to be near the top of the leaderboard on Sunday with a strong chance to bring home the title.
Option 3: J.T. Poston (+5000)
J.T. Poston has played some solid golf thus far in 2024 with finishes inside the top-20 in 4/5 events he has played in. Poston ranks 6th on the Tour this season in scoring average and his putter can get as hot as anyone in the field. If he keeps the ball in the fairway off the tee-box, I think he has a strong chance of competing at Rivera. We’ll roll with JT as our longshot to bring home the title come Sunday afternoon in California.
