Loyola-Chicago vs. Wichita State Pick
In what should turn into a rout, Wichita State will take on Loyola-Chicago at 1:00PM ET in today’s Missouri Valley Conference Tournament.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Shockers are now an 18-point favorite over the Ramblers after they opened as a 17.5-point fave. Loyola-Chicago enters play with a 15-16 record and is 12-18 against the spread, while Wichita State is 23-7 on the year and 18-10 at the betting window.
While they eventually pulled away for a 74-66 win over Bradley on Thursday night in the first round of the tournament, the Ramblers had too much trouble with a Braves team that finished with a 5-27 record in the MVC this year. Loyola-Chicago was a 10.5-point favorite yet found itself in a 29-29 tie at halftime.
This one won’t be as close. The Shockers are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games versus the Ramblers, who are now 0-5 ATS in their last five games at natural sites. Wichita State is also 42-16-1 ATS in its last 59 conference games and a perfect 6-0 ATS in its last six games coming off an ATS loss.
