Wall is averaging 22 points and 10 assists in his first four games of the season and should lift a Washington team that has seen its scoring average dip to 97.2, which is 26th in the NBA. The Wizards have played well at home (as evidence by their 4-1 ATS home mark) and benefit from taking on a Rockets team that is likely road-weary with this being its fourth straight game away from Houston since the start of the month.
