Rockets a poor bet in Denver
DENVER, CO (Lock Labs) – The Rockets are favored tonight in Denver but are they a good bet to cover versus the Nuggets at 9:00PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Rockets are now 4.5-point road favorites versus the Nuggets after opening as a 5-point favorite for tonight’s game. The total, meanwhile, has skyrocketed up to 216 after opening at 208 at some books.
We like the home team to cover the spread tonight. The Rockets are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five trips to Denver and are a rough 3-9 at the betting window in their last 12 games overall versus the Nuggets.
