Suns worth a flier as a double-digit dog?
Are the Suns worth a flier tonight as a double-digit underdog? They’ll host the Thunder at 9:00PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book RealBet.eu, the Suns are 12.5-point home underdogs versus the Thunder after opening as a 13-point dog. As for the total, it opened at 217 but has been bet down to 216.5.
This is a lot of points to give a home underdog, even as one as bad as Phoenix. The underdog has covered in four of the last five meetings between these two teams and the Thunder has really struggled at the betting window of late. OKC is just 1-7 ATS in its last eight games overall, is 0-5 ATS in its last five games versus Western Conference foes, and is 0-6 against the number in its last six games playing on one day of rest.
