SEATTLE, WA (Lock Labs) – The Mariners have been profitable for bettors when Felix Hernandez starts versus the Yankees and the two teams will meet tonight at 10:10PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Mariners are -140 money line favorites over the Yankees, who are +129 money line underdogs for tonight’s game. As for the total, the number sits at 6 with Hernandez set to face Michael Pineda in a fantastic pitching matchup.
The Mariners are 9-4 in Hernandez’s last 13 starts versus the Yankees and 5-1 in his last six home starts. They’re also 10-1 in his last 11 starts during Game 1 of a series and 13-3 in his last 16 starts on Monday. On the other side, the Yankees are just 3-12 in their last 15 games versus a right-handed starter.
