Sunday’s MLB Odds

The featured game of the day has the San Francisco Giants hosting the Texas Rangers at 4:05PM ET (View Matchup). The Giants send Tim Lincecum to the mound to face Alexi Ogando of the Rangers. According to oddsmakers, the Rangers are the slight favorite to win, as they have a money line of -125 to win, while the Giants have been given odds of +115 to prevail. The over/under total for this contest has been set at 7.5 runs. Both teams come into the game 34-26 overall. The Giants are 19-12 at home while the Rangers are 19-15 on the road. The Giants have won nine of their last 11 against the Rangers.
Another featured game on Sunday has the Miami Marlins hosting the Tampa Bay Rays at 1:10PM ET (View Matchup). The Marlins have Anibal Sanchez on the mound to face James Shields of the Rays. According to oddsmakers, the Marlins are the favorite to win this game, as they have odds of -120 to win. Tampa has been given a money line of +110 for the game, while the over/under total has been set at 7.5 runs. Miami is 31-28 overall and 16-15 at home while the Rays are 34-25 overall and 15-14 on the road. With Saturday’s win, Tampa Bay has now won six straight over the Marlins.
