2013 MLB Home Run Odds
(The Spread) – The 2013 MLB season is almost upon us and oddsmakers have released prop odds for which player will hit the most home runs this year. Let’s see who’s favored.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Giancarlo Stanton of the Marlins is a 13/2 favorite to hit the most home runs in 2013. Jose Bautista of the Blue Jays has the next best odds at 17/2, while 2012 Triple Crown winner Miguel Cabrera of the Tigers is 10/1. Albert Pujols of the Angels is 12/1.
Continuing with the odds, Cabrera’s teammate in Detroit Prince Fielder is 14/1 to finish with the most home runs in 2013, while Edwin Encarnacion and Phillies’ slugger Ryan Howard are 16/1, respectively. Ryan Braun of the Brewers, Jay Bruce of the Indians, Josh Hamilton of the Angels, and Matt Kemp of the Dodgers are all 18/1, respectively, to hit the most home runs.
Some of the mid-range long shots include Adam Dunn of the White Sox, who is 22/1, while Robinson Cano of the Yankees and Adrian Beltre of the Rangers are 25/1, respectively. Bryce Harper of the Nationals is 30/1, while Troy Tulowitzki of the Rockies, Joey Votto of the Reds, Evan Longoria of the Rays, Mark Trumbo of the Angels and Mike Trout of the Halos are all 33/1 to hit the most home runs in 2013.
Adrian Gonzalez, Pedro Alvarez, Josh Willingham and Ike Davis are all 40/1, respectively, while Chris Davis, Yeonis Cespedes, Mike Napoli and Aramis Ramirez are all 50/1, respectively. Mark Reynolds, Mike Morse and Josh Reddick are all 75/1, respectively, while Nelson Cruz, Dan Uggla, David Ortiz and Wilin Rosario are all 100/1 long shots, respectively.
