Game 2 of the NLCS features the St. Louis Cardinals hosting the Los Angeles Dodgers at 4PM ET (View Matchup) with the Cardinals holding a 1-0 lead in the series. The Cardinals are sending rookie phenom Michael Wacha to the mound to face Clayton Kershaw of the Dodgers. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Dodgers are the favorite on the road, as they have odds of -125 to win, while the Cardinals have a money line of +115 to prevail.
St. Louis won the opening game of the series, 3-2, in 13 innings last night. Carlos Beltran was the hero for the Cardinals, as he drove in all three runs and threw out a Dodger at the plate late in the game. The Cardinals have only won three of their last seven against Los Angeles and the two have now hit the under in four of their last five meetings.
