ALCS Game 4 Odds
KANSAS CITY, MO (TheSpread) – The 2014 ALCS could come to an end today with Game 4 taking place. Here is a look at the odds for today’s game.
Game 4 of the ALCS has the Kansas City Royals hosting the Baltimore Orioles at 4:05PM ET, with the Royals up 3-0 in the series (View Matchup). The Orioles will have Miguel Gonzalez on the mound to face Jason Vargas of the Royals. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Royals are favored at home, as they are getting odds of -120 to win, while the Orioles have a money line of +110 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 7.5 runs.
The Royals took a 3-0 series lead on Tuesday, as they picked up a 2-1 win over the Orioles, once again dominating Baltimore with their bullpen. The bullpen threw four innings of perfect baseball from the sixth-ninth innings. Baltimore took a 1-0 lead in the second inning, but the Royals manufactured a run in the fourth and sixth innings to get the win. Baltimore is now 99-69 overall and 47-36 on the road while Kansas City is 96-73 overall and 45-39 at home. The Royals have won five straight over Baltimore and the two have hit the over in three of their last four meetings.
