Oddsmakers have the Angels favored at home, as they have odds of -170 to win, while the Royals are getting odds of +160 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 8 runs. Los Angeles went 98-64 this season and 52-29 at home while Kansas City was 89-73 overall and 47-34 on the road. The Royals hit the under 81 times in 155 lined games while Los Angeles hit the over in 80 of 157 lined games. These two met six times this season, splitting all six games with the home team winning four times. They also went 3-2-1 with the over in the six meetings.
