The Rangers picked up a big road win on Thursday in Game 1, putting up five runs on David Price, who took the mound for Toronto. Timely home runs from Robinson Chirinos and Rougned Odor allowed the Rangers to lead throughout the game. Yovani Gallardo got the win by pitching five innings and allowing just four hits with two runs. The Texas bullpen then pitched four innings of two-hit ball to seal up the win.
