According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Blue Jays are -118 money line favorites for tonight’s game while the Royals are +108 money line underdogs. The total, meanwhile, is sitting at 8 runs, down from 8.5.

The Blue Jays are an over team most of the year (81-74), especially after they picked up Troy Tulowitzki. On July 12, Edinson Volquez met Toronto at home and allowed four runs in 5 1/3 innings. The Royals ended up winning the game, 11-10 with Greg Holland getting the save.

Holland is out for the year and the Royals’ bullpen is not quite as strong with Wade Davis as the closer. Expect the Jays to clobber Volquez and for the Royals to manufacture runs against Marco Estrada.
