Oakland A’s DFS SPIN
Shintaro Fujinami gave up three runs in 1 1/3 innings out of the pen Sunday against the Royals. The move to the pen has yet to pay off for Fujinami, as he’s given up runs in four of five relief appearancs to date. He’s throwing 98 mph with a 93-mph splitter, but since he can’t locate, it hasn’t really mattered.
New York Yankees DFS SPIN
Harrison Bader went 3-for-5 with a two-run homer versus the Rays on Sunday. Bader’s exit velocity numbers dating back to last year have been among the worst in the league, but if there’s any way that’s going to work out for him while being a big flyball hitter, it’s going to be by playing half of his games in Yankee Stadium. Of course, the homer today was in The Trop instead. It left his bat at just 95.4 mph, but it was hit at the right angle. He also had a nice triple that was actually hit a little farther than the homer.
