Houston Astros DFS SPIN
Alex Bregman went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Houston’s loss to Toronto on Thursday. Bregman pounded a slurve to left field 402 feet, giving Houston it’s only extra-base hit of the day against the Jays. He’s showing signs of fantasy production after a slow start, hitting .339/.413/.536 in his last 15 games to boost his overall season line to .250/.348/.403. Bregman has been more serviceable fantasy 3B than star this year, so hopefully he can keep the power coming.
Cleveland Guardians DFS SPIN
José Ramírez went 3-for-5 with three homers and five RBI as the Guardians pummeled the Red Sox 10-3 on Thursday. Ramírez’s solo shot in the first inning came as he lined a four-seamer 392 feet out to left field, and his two-run homer in the third went out to dead center as he pummeled a sinker 412 feet. He had another solo bomb off Corey Kluber in the sixth, then showed some mercy by leaving three on base in his next few at-bats. Ramírez is batting .267/.333/.474 on the year after this jolt, and hopefully this can get him going in the power department.
