Houston Astros DFS SPIN
Kyle Tucker went 2-for-4 with a go-ahead grand slam in the ninth inning of Tuesday’s contest against the Orioles. Tucker’s 20th long ball of the season was a big one, as he crushed Orioles fans’ hearts with a 403-foot grand slam off the best closer in the game, Félix Bautista. The 26-year-old has been on fire recently and is hitting above .300 with seven homers over the past month. On the season, he is hitting .297/.377/.512 with 20 homers and 24 stolen bases and has clearly solidified his first-round draft status for next season.
Baltimore Orioles DFS SPIN
Ryan Mountcastle went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer as the Orioles lost to the Astros in heartbreaking fashion on Tuesday. Mountcastle jumped on an offering from Astros starter Framber Valdez in the first inning Tuesday and quickly gave Baltimore a two-run lead. Mountcastle is hitting above .400 over his last 10 games and has taken over first base duties from Ryan O’Hearn. While his recent pace is unsustainable, it is great to see him hitting well after spending a month on the injured list with vertigo.

Astros vs. Orioles MLB BETTING PREDICTION
Javier is 7-2 with a 4.39 ERA and is coming off one of his shortest outings of the season. He allowed three runs on four hits, including two home runs, with four strikeouts and three walks against the Yankees on Thursday. He’s pitched well versus the Orioles the past two seasons, posting a 0-1 record with a 1.42 ERA and 17 strikeouts with three walks over four appearances that span 12 2/3 innings. As for Flaherty, he pitched very well in his Baltimore debut, holding the Blue Jays to one run on four hits over six innings with eight strikeouts in a 6-1 win. Given the way Flaherty pitched in his O’s debut, I like the home team tonight in Baltimore.
