Houston Astros DFS Notes
José Urquidy is starting Game 4 for the Astros on Monday. Astros manager Dusty Baker confirmed as much after Sunday’s loss in Game 3. The right-hander was solid in his 107 innings last year with a 3.62 ERA and 0.99 WHIP. He’ll face Carlos Rodón with a chance to take Houston to the ALCS with a victory.
Chicago White Sox DFS Notes
Yasmani Grandal homered and drove in three runs as the White Sox won Game 3 of the ALDS against the Astros on Sunday. He also walked twice because that’s what he does. Grandal drew the White Sox closer with a two-run shot off Luis Garcia in the third inning and was in the middle of a bizarre play in the fourth in which a throw to home deflected off him as he ran down the first-base line. He ran inside the baseline and probably could have avoided the throw if he really wanted to, so the White Sox caught a fortunate break. Still, the most important thing for them is that they keep their season alive.
Astros vs. White Sox MLB Betting Prediction
The Astros are now 1-5 in their last six games in Chicago, are 0-4 in their last four games as an underdog and are 0-5 in their last five road games. On the other side, the White Sox are 5-1 in their last six playoff home games, are 5-1 in their last six games following a win and are 7-1 in their last eight games versus a right-handed starter.
