Abraham Toro smacked his fourth home run of the season on Saturday — accounting for the Astros only run in a loss to the White Sox. The Astros had been held off the board completely until Toro’s 364-foot blast off of Lucas Giolito in the eighth inning. He finished the night 1-for-3 and is now hitting .222/.297/.367 with four long balls and 17 RBI on the season.
Chicago White Sox DFS Notes
Tim Anderson went 3-for-5 with a double, homer and two RBI as the White Sox routed the Astros 10-1 on Saturday night. Anderson smacked the second of back-to-back homers with Zack Collins off of Jake Odorizzi in the third inning, giving the White Sox an early 2-0 lead. He added an RBI single in the fourth inning, then doubled and rode home on Jose Abreu’s three-run blast in the sixth. He’s having another tremendous season atop the White Sox lineup, slashing .316/.351/.447 with seven homers, 34 RBI and 14 stolen bases through 76 games.
