Jose Berrios will take the hill for the Blue Jays on Friday evening when Toronto opens a new series versus the Reds at Great American Ballpark. With the Reds listed as home underdogs and the total sitting at 10.5 runs, what’s the smart bet tonight in Cincinnati?

Toronto Blue Jays DFS SPIN
Bo Bichette (knee) went 2-for-2 with a two-run homer and three RBI on Thursday in a minor league rehab game for Triple-A Buffalo. Bichette looked pretty healthy in this one as he launched an opposite-field homer in the opening frame and wound up playing six innings at shortstop. Barring an unexpected development, it seems plausible he’ll return to Toronto’s lineup for Friday’s series opener against the Reds
Cincinnati Reds DFS SPIN
Matt McLain went 3-for-5 with a home run, stolen base, and three RBI in a 7-2 win over the Guardians on Wednesday. McLain had been on a bit of a power lull with just two home runs in his last 20 games prior to a fourth inning at bat where he took Noah Syndergaard 377 feet for his 13th home run of the year. On the night, McLain hit three balls over 102 mph, including a 108.5 mph double in the first inning. The rookie remains a strong fantasy asset with a .298/.363/.514 triple slash with the 13 home runs, 10 steals, and 44 RBI in 79 games.

Blue Jays vs. Reds MLB BETTING PREDICTION
The Blue Jays own a 105 wRC+ over the last 30 days, while the Reds are below average at 96. Berrios will take the hill tonight for the Blue Jays and has posted a 1-2 record with a 4.00 ERA over his last five starts. He has struggled with walks (3.33) and his HR/FB rate isn’t great at 10.0% over that span, but I don’t see Cincinnati doing a lot of damage tonight offensively. Give me the under.
MLB BETTING PREDICTION: BLUE JAYS/REDS UNDER 10.5
