Atlanta Braves DFS SPIN
Austin Riley had a homer and an RBI groundout against the Cubs in Friday’s rout. Riley has continued bashing since his five-game homer streak ended July 23, picking up four more homers in his last 10 games. He’s up to 26 homers overall, 10 of which have come in his last 15 games.
Chicago Cubs DFS SPIN
Seiya Suzuki went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts versus the Braves on Friday. Suzuki sat against righties on Tuesday and Thursday, and it’s probably going to be a trend for him unless he starts to turn things around here. He went 0-for-2 against Max Fried today, but so did most of the rest of the Cubs. What’s worse was that he looked totally out of sync in striking out in his final at-bat against Joe Jiménez.

Braves vs. Cubs MLB BETTING PREDICTION
Elder limited the Brewers to one run and four hits in seven innings for a victory Saturday. He had miserable outings immediately before and after the break, but he’s pitched well in back-to-back starts against the Brewers, allowing a total of three runs in 13 innings. The All-Star improved to 8-2 with a 3.18 ERA. As for Assad, he will be making a spot start today for the Cubs. The 26-year-old righty has excelled this season in Chicago’s bullpen and has allowed just one run over 19 1/3 innings (eight appearances) since July 1. Still, this is an extremely tough matchup for Assad against a Braves team that hung seven on the board in one inning yesterday.
