Atlanta Braves DFS SPIN
Ozzie Albies (foot) went 0-for-3 on Thursday in a rehab appearance for Triple-A Gwinnett. Albies has now appeared in four rehab games, and he’s picked up three hits in his 15 at-bats. While it’d be nice to see him dominating Triple-A pitching, the most important thing is that he’s getting reps after being out since the middle of June with a fractured left foot. He has a chance to be back with the Braves in the middle of September.
Seattle Mariners DFS SPIN
Eugenio Suárez clubbed a two-run home run and a solo shot Wednesday as the Mariners fell to the White Sox. Suárez’s 425-foot blast into the upper deck in the third inning off of Michael Kopech was the 1,000th hit of the infielder’s career. He then added a solo shot in the seventh inning to the opposite field which tied the game up at the time. On the bad side, Suárez made an error to lead off the sixth inning which helped the White Sox to a four-run frame. Fantasy managers will take it.
