Atlanta Braves DFS SPIN
Dansby Swanson homered for the third consecutive game on Sunday night, powering the Braves to a 5-3 victory over the Mets and a sweep of their critical three-game weekend series. Swanson got this one started with a bang for the Braves, blasting a 409-foot solo shot off of Chris Bassitt in the opening inning to give them an early 1-0 lead. The 28-year-old shortstop finished the night 1-for-3 plus a walk and is now hitting a solid .277/.329/.448 with 25 homers, 96 RBI and 18 stolen bases in what has been a terrific all-around season.
Miami Marlins DFS SPIN
Joey Wendle went 3-for-5 with an RBI and a walk as the Marlins edged the Brewers 4-3 in 12 innings Sunday. The Brewers scored a run in the bottom of the ninth to tie the game 2-2, but they could manage just one run in the three extra frames. Wendle plated his run in the 10th, collecting his first RBI since Sept. 12. He’s dealt with injuries and mostly struggled offensively after a fast start, but the Marlins will probably tender him this winter. He’ll be eligible for free agency for the first time after next year.
