Milwaukee Brewers DFS SPIN
Carlos Santana goes 0-for-4 against White Sox on Saturday. Santana is hitting just .170/.200/.283 in 55 plate appearances since being picked up by the Brewers. He’s not hopeless, but it’d be a mistake for the team to continue to treat him as an everyday player after Rowdy Tellez returns.
Chicago White Sox DFS SPIN
Tim Anderson went 0-for-3 with a HBP against the Brewers on Saturday. It looked like Anderson might finally be starting to put something together in the second half of July, but he’s gone 6-for-33 with 13 strikeouts in nine games to begin August. By pretty much every measure, he’s been one of baseball’s worst regulars this year. One can’t help but wonder if things might have been different if only he had picked up Blake Snell’s hat.

Brewers vs. White Sox MLB BETTING PREDICTION
Peralta has been outstanding over the past month. In his last five starts, he has thrown a combined 30 innings, has posted a 3-1 record and a 3.00 ERA, with a 2.43 FIP and 2.50 xFIP. His strikeout rate is also an impressive 13.20 and he’s keeping the ball in the yard. Peralta is on his game. Cease, meanwhile, is 2-2 with a 4.94 ERA over his last five starts (23 2/3 innings), although his 3.94 FIP indicates he has pitched better than what his ERA would indicate. The thing that stands out, however, is his 6.46 walk rate over that span. Like Peralta, he’s keeping the ball in the yard but the walks are a killer. I thought the Brewers would be cheaper given how Cease is on the mound for the White Sox, but I like Milwaukee nonetheless.
