St. Louis Cardinals DFS SPIN
Nolan Arenado went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a double in Wednesday’s 5-4 win over the Brewers. After the Cardinals fell behind 4-3 in the fifth inning, Arenado almost immediately pushed them back into the lead, socking a two-run home run off Eric Lauer with one out in the sixth inning to give his crew a 5-4 edge they would hold through to the end of the contest. This season, veteran slugger Arenado is working to a .278/.348/.508 triple-slash with 14 homers and 48 RBI across 252 at-bats. He has struck for two doubles and a homer over his last two games.
Milwaukee Brewers DFS SPIN
Rowdy Tellez went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and two walks in Wednesday’s loss to the Cardinals. Tellez rocked Adam Wainwright for a solo home run in the bottom of the first inning. While he would not draw another hit in the contest, the 27-year-old slugger did walk twice in the end loss. In 229 at-bats this season, Tellez is slashing .253/.328/.467 with 11 home runs and 40 RBI. He is well on his way to putting together a potential career-best season so long as he can maintain his health.
