St. Louis Cardinals DFS SPIN
Richie Palacios went 2-for-3 with two homers in a win over the Orioles on Tuesday. Palacios entered the game after Nolan Gorman was lifted in the hamstring tightness. He made the most of his opportunity by swatting not one but two homers in a 5-2 win over the Orioles Tuesday night. While it seems like Gorman’s injury is day-to-day, Palcios could see a small increase in playing time. Even if he does, he is only relevant in deep AL mixed-league rosters.
Baltimore Orioles DFS SPIN
Anthony Santander went 2-for-5 with an RBI Tuesday in a tough loss to the Cardinals. Santander’s single to right field in the fifth inning drove in Baltimore’s first run of the night. He followed that up with a double in the seventh but was left stranded on the base paths. On the season, the 28-year-old is hitting .261/.333/.489 with 27 homers and 84 RBI across 585 plate appearances.

Cardinals vs. Orioles MLB BETTING PREDICTION
The Orioles slipped last night against a struggling Adam Wainwright (who hadn’t won a game since June 17th), but I expect them to rebound tonight. Rom was handed a 6-0 lead in his last start and he wound up surrendering four runs in 3 2/3 innings last Friday against the Reds. He allowed seven hits, walked two and struck out a whopping zero batters in the game. He’s now the not-so-proud owner of a 7.79 ERA and an 11/10 strikeout-to-walk ratio across his 17 1/3 innings for the Cardinals, who acquired him in a deal for Jack Flaherty at the deadline.
