St. Louis Cardinals DFS SPIN
Paul DeJong had a three-run homer, an RBI single and four runs scored Sunday as the Cardinals topped the Dodgers 10-5. It’s just the second time in his career that he’s scored four runs, with the other occasion coming in his three-homer game in 2019. DeJong has seven homers in 23 games since returning from the IL. He’ll remain a fixture at shortstop until he begins to slump.
Cincinnati Reds DFS SPIN
Nick Senzel went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts in the Reds’ 4-1 loss to the Yankees on Sunday. Senzel has had a great rebound season but has hit a speed bump recently. His last strikeout on Sunday came in the bottom of the ninth inning with two men on and one out. Everyone has a bad day now and again. Still, Senzel needs to get back on track as the Reds’ Triple-A affiliate has two elite prospects — Christian Encarnacion-Strand and Elly De La Cruz –that could push him for playing time if he continues to struggle.
