Cardinals vs. Reds MLB Prediction
The Cardinals have been one of the better teams out of the All-Star Break but their pitching failed them in their series opener with the Reds last night. Will they rebound on Saturday evening when the NL Central rivals meet at the Great American Ballpark again at 7:10 p.m. ET?

Yadier Molina was removed from Friday’s game against the Reds due to neck stiffness. Molina felt his neck stiffen up as he was taking swings in the batting cage prior to his final at-bat, prompting manager Mike Shildt to have Adam Wainwright hit for him. For now, it sounds like a minor issue and something that should be considered day-to-day, but pay close attention to his status on Saturday.
Cincinnati Reds DFS Spin
Kyle Farmer homered while going 3-for-4 on Friday in a victory over the Cardinals. Farmer homered for the eighth time on the season, and it was a solo blast off Wade LeBlanc that gave the Reds a 3-2 lead in the fourth. Farmer has been a big helper with the glove, but the .255/.303/.364 slash is a pretty good indicator of what to expect offensively.
Cardinals vs. Reds Betting Prediction
The Cardinals are now winless in their last five games against the Reds and are 1-4 in their last five games at the Great American Ballpark. They’re also 5-15 in their last 20 road games, are 5-14 in their last 19 divisional games and are 5-12 in their last 17 road games versus a right-handed starter. On the other side, the Reds are 13-3 in their last 16 games as a home favorite, are 15-5 in their last 20 games as a favorite and are 16-6 in their last 22 games versus National League Central rivals.
