Cleveland is coming off a 5-3 win over the Royals on Wednesday. The Indians have won seven of their last nine games coming into today. Cleveland is 44-36 on the season, 19-18 on the road and 45-33 with the under. The Indians have Mike Clevinger on the mound today. He is 1-1 on the season with a 2.70 ERA.
The Indians are strong on the mound, as they have a 3.85 team ERA with a 1.22 team WHIP. Offensively, Cleveland is putting up 4.44 runs per game while hitting .239. Carlos Santana is leading the team with 15 doubles, 18 home runs and 48 RBI. Jose Ramirez is adding 14 doubles, 30 RBI and 18 stolen bases.

MLB Betting Trends
Cleveland
The Indians have won six straight following a day off and 8-1 in their last nine games against a left-handed starter.
Baltimore
The Orioles are 13-40 in their last 53 Friday games and 10-44 in their last 54 series openers.
Prediction:
Means has been a strong starter for Baltimore, but he doesn’t get deep into games and doesn’t get much support. The Indians may struggle at the plate early against Means, but I think they can beat up on the bullpen. Clevinger struggled in his return to the mound on June 17, but the team feel he is good to go this time. He is facing a really weak Baltimore lineup today, so I would expect Clevinger to handle his business tonight. The Tribe should keep rolling.
MLB Prediction: Cleveland Indians -180
