Chicago Cubs DFS SPIN
Mychal Givens earned his second save of the year on Tuesday versus the Pirates. Givens entered in the top of the ninth inning with the Cubs leading 4-2 and promptly went strikeout, groundout, groundout to secure Chicago’s sixth straight victory. He could potentially step in as the team’s primary closer if (when) David Robertson departs at the August 2 trade deadline, though Givens is presumably on the block too.
San Francisco Giants DFS SPIN
Thairo Estrada went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base Wednesday in Arizona. He had nearly half of the Giants’ hits and exactly half of their RBI. Estrada has now contributed at least three steals every month so far and has a total of 14. He’s been plenty useful in fantasy even as his overall batting line (.262/.315/.411) is fairly lackluster.
Cubs vs. Giants MLB BETTING PREDICTION
