Cubs vs. Yankees Prediction
The Cubs and Yankees could only muster three runs despite playing 12 innings last night in their series opener at Yankee Stadium. Will Saturday night’s matchup also turn low-scoring for bettors when this Interleague series continues at 7:15 p.m. ET?
Game Snapshot
929 Chicago Cubs (+215) at 930 New York Yankees (-256); o/u 9

Yankee Stadium, New York, NY
Chicago Cubs DFS SPIN
Jason Heyward finished 2-for-4 and hit his first homer Friday against the Yankees. Many would have preferred the Cubs DFA Heyward rather than Clint Frazier today, but Heyward responded positively. He’ll now likely go on a tear, which could result in at least one more homer and maybe five RBI over the next month.
New York Yankees DFS SPIN
Luis Trevino singled in the automatic runner in the bottom of the 13th to give the Yankees a 2-1 win over the Cubs on Friday. Even with the free runner on second, the teams went scoreless for 3 1/2 innings until Trevino, who was pinch-hitting for Kyle HIgashioka, finally ended things in the 13th. He’s been quite a nice surprise offensively, batting .290/.340/.462 in 100 plate appearances.
