Los Angeles Dodgers DFS SPIN
Brusdar Graterol struck out one over two scoreless innings on Sunday to pick up his third career save against the Cubs. Graterol has three career saves, and they’ve all come since June 26th. On Sunday, he relieved David Price in the top of the eighth and induced a couple of groundouts. He came back out in the top of the ninth and retired the side in order on nine pitches. Don’t ignore him in NL-only formats if you’re short on closers.
St. Louis Cardinals DFS SPIN
Dylan Carlson went 3-for-4 with a run scored on Monday in his return to the Cardinals’ lineup. Carlson has been phenomenal, both defensively in center field and also at the dish, for the Cardinals over the last few weeks with both Tyler O’Neill and Harrison Bader sidelined due to injury. The 23-year-old outfielder sat out Sunday’s matchup against the Phillies due to right knee soreness, but was back in there for Monday’s series finale. It doesn’t sound like a serious concern moving forward.
