Chris Taylor will begin a minor league rehab assignment at Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday. Taylor had been scheduled to begin on Monday, but it’ll get pushed back a day due to scheduling at Triple-A. It’s unclear how many games he’ll require before he’s ready to rejoin the Dodgers. Taylor has been sidelined since July 4 due to his fractured left foot.
San Francisco Giants DFS SPIN
Tommy La Stella went 2-for-4 with a double as the Giants defeated the Cubs on Sunday night. La Stella led off the game with a single off of Adrian Sampson but was stranded there. He then smacked a two-out double into right off of him in the third inning, but the Giants couldn’t cash him in. The oft-injured 33-year-old is now hitting .250/.285/.391 with two homers and 11 RBI in 137 plate appearances on the season.
Dodgers vs. Giants MLB BETTING PREDICTION
The Dodgers are just 2-5 in their last seven games at Oracle Park, while the Giants are 6-1 in their last seven home games. The Giants are also 37-18 in their last 55 home games when facing a left-handed starter and while they’ve had their struggles of late, they’re coming off a good series against the Cubs and have Webb on the mound, who usually gives them a chance to win.
MLB BETTING PREDICTION: SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS +120
