San Francisco Giants DFS SPIN
Mike Yastrzemski went 2-for-3 with a solo homer and two RBI on Thursday, powering the Giants to a 7-2 win over the Padres. Yastrzemski made a significant impact for San Francisco in just his second contest back from a stint on the injured list due to a left hamstring strain, reaching base safely in three of his four plate appearances in a one-sided affair. He notched a pair of hits, including a third-inning RBI single and a fifth-inning homer off Padres reliever Matt Waldron, which was good for his 12th long ball of the season.
San Diego Padres DFS SPIN
Pedro Avila was charged with six runs (one earned) on Thursday against the Giants. Amazingly, Avila wound up being saddled with just one earned run, thanks to a trio of defensive miscues behind him in this one. He notched five strikeouts and only issued a pair of walks in the abbreviated outing. He figures to take the ball next on Tuesday against the Phillies, but that has yet to be confirmed.

Giants vs. Padres MLB BETTING PREDICTION
Beck, who is 3-2 on the year with a 3.52 ERA, will open for the Giants tonight against the Padres, who will counter with Wacha. Wacha is 10-2 with a 2.84 ERA and will be making his fourth start since returning from the injured list after missing six weeks with shoulder fatigue. After giving up one run over 10 1/3 innings in back-to-back wins in his first two starts back, Wacha allowed four runs on four hits and five walks in 5 1/3 innings in a no-decision against the Brewers last Sunday. While they don’t have the edge in the pitching matchup, the Giants are playing better ball of late while the Padres are 3-7 over their last 10 games. Give me San Fran.
