Luis González is expected to be recalled from Triple-A Sacramento on Saturday. No word yet on what the corresponding move will be to make that happen. González is also expected to be in the Giants starting lineup against Twins right-hander Sonny Gray on Saturday. The 26-year-old has hit .260/.330/.378 with four homers, 32 RBI and 10 stolen bases in 288 plate appearances with the big league club this season.

Carlos Correa went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Friday’s win over the Giants. Correa got the party started by hitting a 390-foot, two-run home run to left field in the bottom of the first. He also crossed home plate following his 106.9-mph single in the bottom of the third. Giants vs. Twins MLB BETTING PREDICTION
With the way the Twins destroyed the Giants last night, if you want to simply run it back with Minnesota tonight, I wouldn’t fault you. That said, I like the under, which is now 7-2-1 in the Giants’ last 10 games, is 6-2-1 in their last nine games against AL Central opponents and is 11-5-2 in their last 18 games when facing a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15. On the other side, the under is 11-2-1 in the Twins’ last 14 games when facing an opponent with a losing record, is 5-1 in their last six home games when facing a team with a losing record and has cashed in five of their last six home games overall.
MLB BETTING PREDICTION: GIANTS/TWINS UNDER 7.5
