Cleveland Guardians DFS SPIN
José Ramírez hit his 17th and 18th homers Sunday in the Guardians’ 5-0 shutout of the White Sox. Ramírez also homered twice Wednesday. He’s had a bit of a slow month otherwise, but in the end, he’s still José Ramírez. He’s on pace to finish with a .292 average, 28 homers, 99 runs, 92 RBI and 20 stolen bases.
Houston Astros DFS SPIN
Jose Altuve went 3-for-4 against the Rays in Sunday’s loss. Altuve is 6-for-16 with a homer since coming off the IL on Wednesday, though that homer did come off a position player. He’s sporting a fine .277/.371/.504 line in 36 games overall.

Guardians vs. Astros MLB BETTING PREDICTION
Syndergaard will make his Guardians debut tonight after he was acquired from the Dodgers last Wednesday in exchange for shortstop Amed Rosario. He’s winless over his last six starts, pitching to a 0-1 record with an 8.25 ERA over that stretch. While he does have good numbers against the Astros (1-0 with a 2.89), that came in just two career starts. On the other side, France is 6-3 with a 2.87 ERA on the year and is 4-0 with a 1.72 ERA over his last five starts. While there’s not much value in Houston tonight, I am going to lay the hefty moneyline price and back the ‘Stros in Game 1 of this series.
