Cole strikes out 12 in win
Gerrit Cole turned in a dominant effort Saturday afternoon as the Astros won Game 2 by a count of 3-1. Cole earned the win as he allowed one earned run on three hits with 12 strikeouts and no walks over seven innings. Roberto Osuna picked up the save as he struck out one and walked one in 1 1/3 scoreless innings. Jose Altuve went 1-for-4 with a run to help lead the offense. Alex Bregman was 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two runs. Marwin Gonzalez finished 4-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. Tyler White went 1-for-2 with two walks. .
Cleveland held to three hits
The Indians only managed three hits Saturday in the Game 2 defeat at Cleveland. Francisco Lindor led the way by going 1-for-4 with a solo home run. Edwin Encarnacion was 1-for-3 with a walk. Melky Cabrera ended the contest 1-for-3. Carlos Carrasco took the loss as he surrendered two earned runs on six hits with three strikeouts and one walk over 5 1/3 innings.

MLB Betting Trends
Houston
The under is 8-1-1 in the last 10 Astros games overall. Houston is 3-8 in its last 11 playoff road games.
Cleveland
The Indians are 22-9 in their last 31 games overall. Cleveland is 15-7 in its last 22 home games versus Houston.
Prediction:
Cleveland had a strong season despite playing in the worst division in baseball and it would be a shame to see its postseason run end in three straight losses. Clevenger has been on a roll the last couple months and I think it continues here. Houston has a lot of right-handed bats in the lineup and Clevenger should do well in slowing them down before turning it over to the bullpen. Look for the Indians to take an early lead and ride their pitching the rest of the way.
