New York Mets DFS SPIN
Tylor Megill worked five innings and allowed two runs Wednesday against the Padres. Megill got his third win and first against a team other than the Marlins. He wound up with a 3/3 K/BB ratio and only six missed swings today, but the Padres couldn’t do any damage after Juan Soto’s two-run homer in the first. Megill still doesn’t seem like a mixed-league guy with the way he’s currently throwing.
Los Angeles Dodgers DFS SPIN
Clayton Kershaw was charged with three runs (two earned) on Wednesday in a win over the Giants. It wasn’t a vintage Kershaw performance, but it was good enough to win as the Dodgers’ offense supplied him with plenty of run support. He finished with four strikeouts and only issued two walks. The 35-year-old southpaw has allowed eight runs (seven earned) with a 17/4 K/BB ratio across 18 innings (three starts) this season. He’ll face the Mets at home on Tuesday in his next outing.
