MLB Betting Trends
Miami
The Marlins are just 25-67 in their last 92 road games and 13-39 in their last 52 Thursday games.
Atlanta
The Braves have won five of their last six against NL East opponents and 21 of their last 30 Game 3’s of a series.
Prediction:
The Marlins haven’t been able to produce runs in this series and that could be a problem today against Soroka. Over three starts against Miami, Soroka has a 2-0 record and a 0.41 ERA this year. Alcantara hasn’t been bad against the Braves this year, posting a 3.86 ERA over two starts against Atlanta. Despite that, Alcantara may get no run support today so any mistakes could cost him the game.
MLB Prediction: Atlanta Braves -1.5 (-140)
