The series between the Milwaukee Brewers and Colorado Rockies shifts to Denver today with the hosts looking to avoid elimination. Is a bet on Colorado smart at a stadium they have been dominant at this season?

Brewers shut out Rockies in Game 2
Milwaukee took a commanding 2-0 series lead Friday with a 4-0 home victory over Colorado. Christian Yelich was 0-for-2, but walked twice and scored a run to help lead the Brewers offense. Mike Moustakas finished 2-for-4 with a double, a run and an RBI. Hernan Perez went 2-for-4 with two doubles, a stolen base and an RBI. Travis Shaw was 2-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base. Erik Kratz ended the contest 2-for-4 with two RBIs. Jhoulys Chacin picked up the win as he threw five shutout innings with three hits allowed, three strikeouts and three walks. Jeremy Jeffress threw two shutout innings for the save, giving up two hits with three strikeouts and no walks.
Arenado, Parra notch two hits
D.J. LeMahieu went 1-for-3 with a walk in Friday’s defeat at Milwaukee. Nolan Arenado and Gerardo Parra were both 2-for-4. Tyler Anderson was the tough-luck losing pitcher as he surrendered one earned run on four hits with five strikeouts and two walks over six innings.
Wade Miley (5-2, 2.57 ERA) will start today for the Brewers, while the Rockies counter with German Marquez (14-11, 3.77).
MLB Betting Trends
Milwaukee
The Brewers are 22-6 in their last 28 games overall. The under is 9-1 in the last 10 meetings in Colorado.
Colorado
The Rockies are 2-10 in their last 12 playoff games. Colorado is 8-2 in its last 10 Sunday games.
Prediction:
Colorado is 47-34 at home this season, playing particularly well there over the last couple months. With the dominant Marquez on the hill, I like the Rockies to get on the board with a win here. Miley has faded a bit lately and I don’t think he can hold down the potent Rockies offense at Coors Field.
